1. Who we are & what these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Currency Converter App (the “App”) provided by Bounce Berry Apps (“we”, “our”, “us”).
The App is available on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We do not run user accounts or login in the App. Your purchases, if any, are tied to your Google Play account on the device.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
3. Freemium model, ads & premium features
The App may offer a free tier and optional paid subscriptions (e.g., monthly or yearly) that provide additional benefits (such as removal of ads and/or premium features). The exact entitlements and prices are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may differ by region and currency.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewal (Google Play)
Processing: All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your card or billing credentials.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Charges: Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation of purchase and, for renewals, within 24 hours prior to the period end.
Manage/cancel: Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on your device. If you cancel, access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid.
Price changes: If pricing changes, Google Play will handle notices as per its policies. Continued use/renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Trials, promotions & refunds
Free trials / promos: If offered, trial length and conditions are shown in-app. If you purchase during a trial, any unused portion may be forfeited.
Refunds: Refunds (including accidental purchases) are governed by Google Play policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly. Check Google Play’s help center for eligibility and steps.
6. Restoration of purchases
To access a previous purchase or subscription, you must be signed into Google Play with the same Google account used for the original purchase. The App verifies entitlements via the Google Play Billing Library. If benefits are missing, ensure the correct Google account is active in the Play Store and follow Google’s restore steps.
7. Content & accuracy disclaimer (exchange rates)
The App is provided for informational purposes only. Exchange rates and related data may be sourced from third parties and may not be real-time or error-free. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the App’s information.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) bypass security or usage limits; (c) use the App unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to harm our services or users; (d) copy, resell, or distribute the App or its content except as allowed by law.
9. Third-party services
The App integrates Google Play Billing and Firebase Analytics for subscriptions and performance/quality insights. Use of those services is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

11. Intellectual property
The App (including software, design, logos, and content) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.
12. Service changes & availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time, including to improve performance, fix issues, or comply with law. We are not liable for outages or issues caused by networks, devices, or third-party services.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in that case, the minimum required warranties apply.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three (3) months preceding the claim (if any). Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Upon termination, the license in Section 2 ends.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when updates are posted. If you continue using the App after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies under consumer protection law.
